Commercial Lines Account Manager

Crystal joined Bowers Insurance in May 1999 as the receptionist, following her graduation from Hagerstown Business College. She has many years of experience in multiple positions within the agency, including Commercial Lines Renewal Specialist and Personal Lines Account Manager. Crystal has received her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation and American Management Association (AMA) certificates in Management and Human Resource Management. She and her husband, Greg, reside in Mercersburg, PA. Being a mother of two daughters Crystal spends many evenings at dance classes, recitals, and extra-curricular activities. Days by the pool and at the beach with her family are a favorite pastime.
