Josh has been with Bowers Insurance since September of 2020. He attended Hagerstown Community College, then Liberty University, where he majored in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing. He has been in the insurance industry since 2018. Josh spent 12 years working in the construction industry, which is why he works so well with contractors and provides his clients with Proactive Service that is rare in the Insurance industry. Josh is involved with multiple community organizations and volunteers his time to serve others at any opportunity that he can. Josh remains committed to being a Partner with his clients and working not just to protect them and their assets, but to grow their business and develop efficiencies that make them a more marketable business in their respective trade. Josh and his wife, Susanna, live in Hagerstown along with their four daughters, Elise, Aubrey, Lainey and Oakley. Josh is driven each day to think outside of the box and can often be heard saying “If you always do what you always did, you’ll always get what you always got. Be different. Be better.”
