By volunterring to pay $2 to dress down every Friday, the employees of Bowers Insurance, have raised enough money to donate to several charities again this year. In 2011, they not only raised money and donated to Operation Second Chance, Women In Need, The Hagerstown Rescue Mission, CASA, and Wounded Warriors, but they also held a food drive among themselves and donated the canned goods to the Hagerstown Rescue Mission in time for Thanksgiving. Earlier in the year they donated a purse with useful and fun items to be autioned off for The Breast Cancer Awareness of Cumberland Valley Purse-on to Person Fighting Breast Cancer Purse Auction.    In 2009 and 2010, they raised money and gave donations to sponsor a family at Christmas time through Girls, Inc .
