June 4, 2009 Crystal Wible has earned a certificate in General Management and HR Management Crystal Wible, a resident of Mercersburg, PA, and an employee of Bowers Insurance since 1999 has recently earned a certificate in General Management and Human Resources Management. The certificates are in cooperation with the American Management Association and are offered through the Hagerstown Community College. Each certificate is comprised of five courses that provide the most up-to-date information and trends in the industry. Each course is either 8 or 11.5 hours in length. The courses taken by Crystal to earn a certificate for both were: First Line Supervision, Communication Skills for Managers, Fair, Square, and Legal: A Managers Guide to Safe Hiring, Managing and Firing Practices, and Fundamentals of Human Resources.
