Crystal joined Bowers Insurance August 2014. Crystal began her 20-year career in the insurance industry and customer service working for State Farm Insurance. She is licensed in Property and Casualty and Life obtained her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation in 2018. Crystal services a wide variety of commercial lines customers with their policies, renewals, and bonds. As a native to Maryland, Crystal resides in Boonsboro with her husband and is the proud mom of two children. She enjoys walking, attending her daughter’s sporting events and spending time with friends and family, especially her grandchildren.
