Personal Lines Account Manager

Carol started as a part-time receptionist with Bowers Insurance in June 2006. After seven months, she came on board full-time. Carol has over 20 years of experience in customer service and marketing, and loves helping customers and answering their questions. She has accomplished receiving her Property and Casualty, Life/Health license, and Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation. Carol volunteers with the Helping Hands Ministry at her church. When time allows, she enjoys going to the shooting range, a newfound interest, with her husband. She also enjoys watching movies and spending quality time with her, daughters, grandchildren, sisters and friends.
