Joanne has been in the insurance industry for over 30 years. She was the agency owner of Powell Insurance Agency from 1993 to 2018. Joanne is a graduate of Rhode Island College with a degree in education. She has earned the professional designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and is a graduate of the Life Underwriting Training Council Fellow Program (LUTCF). Her insurance expertise is in Personal, Commercial and Life Insurance. In addition to enjoying semi-retirement Joanne and her husband, Bob, are actively involved with Golden Retriever Rescues, GRREAT - Golden Retriever Rescue and DVGRR- Delaware Valley Golden Retriever Rescue.
